How we work.
When and Where
Sessions typically last an hour but can be scheduled for 90 minutes if the student is amenable.
We work mainly through video conference, with in-person sessions available in Oakland, California; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and Kingston, New Hampshire, depending on the subject.
Rates
Our rates reflect our expertise and the work required outside each session to create custom curriculum. We include monthly status updates for parents, delivered via email or on the phone. To accommodate different financial situations, we offer a sliding scale, leaving it to you to select the rate that fits best.
A LA CARTE
Academic tutoring: $175 - $210/hr.
Executive skills/educational therapy: $200 - $235/hr.
Test prep and college essays: $210 - $245/hr.
IN A PACKAGE
A 15-session package is 10% off.
A 30-session package is 15% off.
A 60-session package is 20% off.
